I worked with Mariah and Luci at Earthy Events for just over 2 months in the lead-up to my wedding in September 2022. When I came to them I felt like I was drowning in the planning process and desperately needed help in keeping my vision straight and knew I needed someone to setup at my venue to make my vision come to life. Mariah and Luci were exactly what I needed, they were new to it but so incredibly nice from the start all the way to the end. They were easy to talk to and contact between meetings and really came through with getting a lot of last minute tasks done to give me everything I wanted for the wedding. The day of the wedding sticks out particularly in my mind, as they took on so much, brought their own help for set-up, and later for take-down, leaving us and our families completely free to enjoy our day and be in the moment. When we showed up for pictures and Mariah updated me on the set-up I was shocked to realize I hadn’t even thought about any of it, only that it was handled by the wonderful Earthy Events ladies, and I appreciated having a morning of peace and love with my family. Mariah and Luci were great amazing at taking care of everything on their own without my guidance, had full communication with my vendors, and once the party got rolling they joined us and our guests on the dance floor as our friends and made the night more special. I was told the next day that after we made our exit from the reception, Mariah and Luci insisted that our families leave the venue and leave the ladies to clean up everything, which our families LOVED! I don’t know what I would’ve done without these ladies who went above and beyond what I expected from them, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend them for event planning of all kinds and hope to work with them again one day.

Mariah and Luci with Earthy Events were incredible! We were looking for someone who would be able to help us with the small details while we focused on the bigger picture, and so our families wouldn't have to do all the running around on the day of, and they did just that for us. They were super attentive to what we wanted, and always listened to our opinions and offered creative solutions when we weren't sure what to do. They were a big help in making sure that we were on track throughout the entire process, and were even more helpful in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. They were great at communicating with us every step of the way, and were even super flexible with how we met as we live out of state. It was great having someone in town to keep track of everything as well since we couldn't do as much from afar. They were able to answer any and all questions that we had, and they were great at communicating with our venue and other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page the entire time. When it came time to make the schedule for the day of, I was worried that I wouldn't have any time to eat our cake during the reception, so Mariah built "bride cake time" into the schedule without hesitation :) If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further. They are truly the best and we would recommend them without hesitation - we couldn't be happier with the support they provided, and they also ended up becoming good friends along the way. They made our wedding day perfect and so much more than we expected!!

We absolutely loved working with Mariah and Luci as our month-of coordinators! They were incredibly helpful with finalizing details about the day and were present throughout the rehearsal and wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were there to answer any questions we had and helped us to have the perfect wedding day. I would highly recommend Earthy Events to anyone planning a big event!
